This competition is for the best three led cattle from Beef Section Classes 3-64 and from one exhibitor.
PRIZE MONEY: First – £150; Second – £100; Third – £75;

CLASS 2
This competition is for the best pair of led cattle from the Beef Section 3-64.
PRIZE MONEY: First – £100; Second – £50;
ENTRY MONEY £10.00
The above will be on a points system judged by all cattle judges

THE SAVILL TROPHY
awarded to the Exhibitor who gains most points in the Cattle and Sheep sections.
THE COOPERS ANIMAL HEALTH TROPHY
Awarded to the champion of all cattle champions. On a points system.

SIMMENTAL SOCIETY ROSETTE – for best animal in the section sired by a Simmental.

THE HON. PEREGRINE MONCREIFFE PERPETUAL TROPHY – to be awarded to the Champion of this section.
EARL OF STRATHMORE PERPETUAL CUP – for the best Male Highland Animal.
ROSETTE, presented by the Highland Cattle Society for the best of breed. This will only be presented where the total number of cattle entered, numbers five or more.
‘Females entered in the appendix register of our Herd Book, either Appendix B or Appendix A, are eligible for entry and are identified by the letter ‘B’ or ‘A’ tattooed in the ear or written in waterproof ink on an ear tag’.

Young Handler's Cattle
Judging: 11.30 Am
Class to be judged on the basis of presentation of the stock, knowledge and skill of the handler. This class may be split according to age of handler if entries warrant, at the discretion of the steward. Entries for Young Handler’s classes will also be taken on the day.
